- Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Liaise with management to continuously evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies Liaise with business analysts and give input to business process design and modelling.
- Responsible for efficient business process monitoring and execution
- Administer and maintain reports within the functions performed
- Maintain correspondence and other relevant catalogues
- Audit client operation processes to make sure they are executed according to the design
- Manage document control standards and processes throughout the company
- Manage FIC-related controls, standards and processes throughout the company
- Client engagement
- Quality assurance checks for manual process steps
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Mathematics is essential)
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (preferable)
