Timeshare & Financial controller Port Shepstone - KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaThis role entails the efficient business administration of resort properties with the following 2 key focus points:1. Property information is captured, administered, and always maintained accurately to ensure optimal guest experience through all stages of their interaction with that, or any, property in our offerings.2. Administering financial, reporting, and statistical elements of a collection of properties to ensure best business performance as well as optimal guest experience.Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Timeshare inventory control
Processing of levy payments

Requirements:

Matric
Confident & professional communicator
Critical thinker with high attention to detail and accuracy
Minimum 2 Years client / stakeholder liaison experience (advantageous)
Computer literacy (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good Interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to plan and organise
Numerical proficiency essential
Strong business admin orientation
