Jnr. Draughtsman (Electrical)

• Diploma or degree in Draughting
• Electrical Autocad software.
• Minimum 3 years Electrical Autocad drawings work related experience.
• Read and understand diagram-wiring for control panel and electrionic products.

• Liaise with engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials.
• Describe production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used)
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Design diagrams, layouts to illustrate workflows.
• Analyse and prepare technical drawings and review them along with the technical and engineering team.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Follow workflow protocols for new and revision documents.
• Submit to management for review and approval.
• Able to perform tasks that may fall outside of the related main duties and responsibilities.
• Attend training that may be needed to perform this particular role.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Willing to travel for work purposes should it be necessary.
