The core function of this role will be ensuring that multiple developments are running smoothly both from an administration and communication aspect.The duties for this role will include but are not limited to:Drafting agendas and minutes for meetings.Liaising with stakeholders such as the Professional team, Conveyancers, etc.Providing administrative support to the Development Manager.Monitoring project progress and following up with the professional team.Updating Development Controls weekly.Following up on development applications and submissions.Obtaining feedback from municipal departments and chasing approvals.Managing invoices and ensuring compliance.Scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.Conducting research and preparing reports.Maintaining effective documentation filing.Updating budgets and cash flows monthly.Assisting with financial activities related to Development Management.To be considered for this position, it is essential that you hold a qualification in Property, Construction, Finance, Business, or a related field, along with 5 years' experience in construction project management or property development administration. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of project managing residential, senior living, hospitality, or student accommodation building projects.
