- Manage and oversee construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ensure projects comply with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to develop project plans and designs
- Perform site evaluations and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
- Review and analyze engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure the health and safety of all workers on construction sites
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in construction management software
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
