Looking for a young, outspoken, resilient Junior Debtors Clerk to join an Internet Services Providers' Account team in Centurion. If you have experience in accounts, reconciliations and handling volumes in a fast paced environment, you will be well on your way to quickly form part of this dynamic team of 6. Proficiency with Google Sheets is preferred.Minimum Requirement

National Senior Certificate.
Experience in the relevant area of Accounts.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Literate, working knowledge of Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Daily processing of customer information, debit orders, and invoices.
Respond to incoming telephone and ticket system queries.
Collecting outstanding funds every month.
Completing and presenting relevant financial reports to the Financial Manager.
Reconciliation of large accounts.
Allocating daily payments (card payments and EFT's).
Sending statements and invoices to customers.
Completing relevant administrative tasks on customer accounts.
Any ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
