RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and friendly Oil Warehouse Supervisor to join our client in the automotive industry based in Cape Town. As an Oil Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of oil products. You will work closely with a team of warehouse associates to maintain inventory accuracy, implement best practices, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in an oil or automotive industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control methods.
Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.
