- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced experience with Sage payroll software.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours worked, wages paid, and other payroll-related information.
- Process and maintain employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including preparing and distributing forms.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate employee records and compliance with company policies.
