Hire Resolve's client, a well-established food manufacturing company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting the maintenance team in various tasks.Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
N3 Trade Test
Previous experience in maintenance or related field.
Experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
