Job Overview:Huntswood SA is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Facilitator to join their L&D Team. The candidate must have strong training and development experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training in a physical environment on site.Job Responsibilities:

Partnering with Clients
Assessing performance needs
Designing curricula/learning frameworks
Designing learning experiences
Facilitating Learning
Supporting transfer of learning
Evaluating Learning

Job Requirements:

Matric
Human Resource or L&D qualification advantageous
2 to 3 Years experience in facilitation
Experience in the energy sector

Skills Required:

Verbal and written communication skills
Articulation
Conflict management
