Night Auditor

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a night audit position.
• Proficient in Opera Systems
• Strong Management Skills

• Relevant qualification is required

• Front Desk Operations:

• Check-in and check-out guests during the overnight shift.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle reservations and room assignments.
• Financial Transactions:

• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash, and credit card payments.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
• Verify the accuracy of guest folios and billing information.
• Nightly Auditing:

• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in charges and payments.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Maintain records of cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
• Security and Safety:

• Monitor security cameras and perform routine patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and premises.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms or medical incidents, following established protocols.
• Administrative Tasks:

• Complete end-of-day procedures, including posting charges, generating reports, and preparing the hotel for the next day's operations.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
• Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with special requests, such as arranging transportation or providing local area information.
