- Facilitate training sessions on the safe and proper operation of various types of driven machinery.
- Assess trainees to ensure their competency in operating the machinery.
- Provide guidance and coaching to trainees to help them improve their skills.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in driven machinery operations.
- Ensure compliance with the company's training policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or facilitating courses.
- Official certification as an assessor, along with your results.
- Valid licenses for the machinery you are skilled in teaching.
- Ability to teach one or more of these courses:
- Forklift operation
- Reach Truck handling
- Power Pallet usage
- Pedestrian Stacker management
- Overhead Gantry Crane operation
- Truck Mounted Crane handling
- Transporting Dangerous Goods
- Operating Mobile Elevated Work Platforms
- Hoist operation
- Tail Lift usage
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license.
