Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Refrigeration Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure the efficient and effective operation of our Refrigeration service team. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating service schedules, resolving customer issues, and implementing strategies to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.Responsibilities: * Team Management:

Supervise a team of refrigeration technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and maintain a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Assign and schedule service calls to technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
Monitor technician performance, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
Service Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of service requests.
Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and communicate service updates.
Ensure service orders are accurately documented, including detailed descriptions of work performed and parts used.
Review service reports and invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
Customer Service:

Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality and exceed customer expectations.
Technical Expertise:

Possess a strong understanding of air-conditioning systems and their components.
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex service issues and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in air-conditioning service and maintenance.
Quality Control and Safety:

Implement and enforce quality control standards, ensuring that all service activities meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Monitor compliance with safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for technicians and customers.
Conduct regular inspections to assess service quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in refrigeration preferred.
Proven experience in a similar managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and repair techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
