The HRM is responsible for the provision of support services to line managers in the execution of HR related functions at the facilities.POSITION INFO:

3 Year Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources
Minimum 3-5 years experience as

Generalist experience, operating as a transformation of change agent. * Minimum 5 years management experience.

Good Knowledge of Remuneration, Talent management, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reengineering, IR and Performance management.
SAP and KRONOS knowledge is an added advantage
Extensive experience in a Unionized environment and building employee ralations experience is essential.
