Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Web Developer to join our client in the Retail Industry. As the Team Lead Web Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of web developers and overseeing the development and maintenance of web applications for our client's retail business. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.Responsibilities

Executing full lifecycle software development (SDLC)
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design,

develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on primarily Microsoft
technologies and LAMP stack. * Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories,estimates and work plans. * Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance ofsoftware. * Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.

Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related cod

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a track record of successful web development projects
Knowledge of coding languages, systems, patterns, and methodologies:

- C#

- Web API 2 / Core & Rest web services
- .NET Core
- ASP.Net
- WinForms; UWP
- Entity Framework 6+
- Entity Framework Core
- LINQ
- SSRS
- MVC
- MSSQL Server

- WordPress
- WooCommerce (Dokan a plus)
- MySQL
- JavaScript
- Git
- JIRA * Understanding of retail industry processes and best practices

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
