Job SummaryA great mining company in Steelpoort, Limpopo is seeking the expertise of a VOHE Officer to join their team of professionals.Responsibilities

Maintenance of Occupational Hygiene and Ventilation systems and programme
Implementation of Ventilation and occupational hygiene standards, working guides and procedures
Implementation and maintenance of Occupational Hygiene Codes of Practice
Condition of ventilation and occupational hygiene equipment and instruments
Audit and assessment of Emergency Preparedness and Programmes

Requirements

Grade 12
Advanced MEC Certificate
Diploma / Degree in Environmental Health
Member of the Mine Ventilation Society of South Africa and / or registration as Occupational Hygienist with the South African Institute of Occupational Hygiene
6 - 8 years' experience in a mining environment

Benefits

Salary: R800K/yr - R900K/yr, salary negotiable
