Your expertise:

Minimum 1 â€“ 2 years Call Co-Ordinator Experience
Microsoft Office Knowledge
Basic IT knowledgeÂ

Qualifications required:

ITIL Foundation V3
Soft Skills Certificates
Administrative CertificationÂ

Work Environment: Office Bound (Onsite)
