Oversee and manage all aspects of the mining operation, including production, safety, and cost control
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production and maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement initiatives to continuously improve safety performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate operations
Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and local communities
Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 5 years in a management role
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining operations
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
