Very basic “intern position” to support in day-to-day administration and mostly assist with inhouse production (print and cut). Nothing glamorous, but depending on the appointed candidate’s passion/knowledge, there will be lots of room for growth and exposure to all elements of marketing and design.RequirementsResponsibilities:- Assist in day-to-day administration (filing, quotes, orders, follow ups, etc.)- Support designers in sourcing marketing materials/info (content, sizing, etc.)- Printing and cutting of inhouse production of marketing collateral (flyers, menus, cards, etc.)- Supporting design and marketing team with design of marketing materialsEssential Skills:- Basic - Good knowledge of Apple Hardware and Windows Hardware, basic design programs of Adobe Creative Suite.- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframe- Organized, dependable and detail oriented- Strong research skills, time management, and planning skills- Desire to learn fast, self-motivated and organizedAdditional Beneficial Abilities- Experience with WordPress /OR Basic photography skills or keen interest / Basic understanding of social mediaBenefits
