- Flexibility in working hours to meet project demands.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Familiarity with Amazon tools like Helium10, JungleScout, and Data Dive.
- Experience with Project Management tools such as Asana,
- Understanding of Looker Studio for data visualization.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Maintain and update all agency client spreadsheets, including master product lists and regular reporting schedules.
- Prepare detailed monthly client reports using Excel, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
- Manage all non-advertising client tasks using project management tools, coordinating with third-party agencies or freelancers for tasks like new product listings, images, and copy updates.
- Assist in preparing data for presales reports.
- Conduct product and keyword research on Amazon using various tools.
- Set up coupons, promotions, and special offers to enhance client sales.
- Onboard new clients by setting up necessary spreadsheets, folders, and team permissions.
- Update client plans as needed and prepare detailed specifications for outsourced tasks to ensure successful completion.
- Oversee client inventory levels, create shipping plans, and coordinate shipments with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
- Conduct daily health checks on client accounts to ensure optimal performance.
