Job Summary Job Title: Software EngineerLocation: Pretoria, South AfricaHire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our client's team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development and a strong understanding of programming languages and technologies. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications to meet the needs of our clients.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Design and implement software solutions that meet functional requirements
- Conduct code reviews and participate in peer programming sessions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Develop automated test cases and ensure software qualityRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience with agile development processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
