- Require at least least 8-10 Years in export sales
- Achieve quality objectives and targets consistent with the business plan.
- Maintain and improve the relationship to our export customers.
- Ensure the correctness of customer's product related requirements by giving to production department and service bureau the correct work instructions and specifications.
- Search and identify globally new potential markets and customers.
- Introduce new products to our customers.
- Coordinate with customer service, card production and service bureau for all customer orders
- Keep customer service updated about new products and procedures.
- Get information about the global market situation.
- Signing sales quotations and order confirmations.
- Authorise, review, and approve department related documentation.
- Must understand the Card business
- Must come from an Information and Technology background.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Proven experience (8-10 years) as an Export Sales Manager/Senior Manager or similar role
- Experience in the smart cards or digital solutions industry will be an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
