- Defining integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies, etc.
- Analysing and continuously adjust overall brand performance.
- Driving media plans on relevant channels
- Analysing and monitoring campaigns performance for improvement
- Coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance
- Collaborating with external agencies
- Creating the right consumer experience within the prioritized touchpoints (leveraging BrandCos primary assets and secondary assets)
- Recruiting talented employees
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- 8 year’s portfolio management and brand activation experience
- Experience leading teams and agencies.
