Assistant Management Couple - Bela Bela Full job description 26 Room Lodge in the Bela Bela area is looking for an assistant Management Couple, ideally a couple with Guiding / Maintenance and Lodge/Hospitality experience. Due to the size of the lodge the couple should be able to manage the following departments independently: manage staff, kitchen, maintenance, reserve & wildlife, admin, housekeeping, do hosting and hospitality aspects. We are looking for a team with integrity, excellent guest relations, who are knowledgeable and presentable. Must be willing to manage all maintenance, hosting of guests and all aspect of day-to-day tasks at the lodge. Requirements: Him : Field Guide / Maintenance / Reserve Manager Guiding qualifications a plus but not essential Experience with or around dangerous game Must have ecology and game farm reserve management experience Able to assist and manage the entire maintenance department General & staff management skills Own transport with drivers license & PDP Her : Lodge Anchor Hospitality background in F&B, Rooms and admin background Ideally someone who is a qualified and experienced in hospitality, as well computer literate. She must be able to provide a backup to operations for the management team and stand in in their absence. She must have integrity, excellent guest relations, knowledgeable, presentable. She must be willing to assist with Hosting of guests and all aspect of day-to-day tasks at the lodge surrounding hospitality service delivery.
