Job Summary We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our mobile specialty coffee shop team. We are searching for an engaging, courteous, and reliable barista who is passionate about coffee preparation and education. The barista should be committed to serving customers an amazing & consistent cup of coffee, together with excellent service each time. The barista needs to be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Responsibilities: -Welcome customers, answer questions, and accept orders and payments. -Dialling in coffee grinder and coffee recipes -Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages, as well as tea and other beverages. -Serve baked goods. -Provide excellent customer service, engage with customers to understand their preferences and make personalized recommendations, while efficiently managing the flow of orders. -Sell coffee blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers. -Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation and adherence to safety standards. -Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed, ensuring efficient use of space within the mobile bar. -Update signage and displays to attract customers. -Handle POS and cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
