- Understand the importance of Safety in the work place
- Ability to travel locally and internationally for up to three months away
- Knowledge of Injection and plastic moulding
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Ability to fault find using various techniques, to achieve a systemic methods of problem solving
- Attention to detail, ability to focus and resolve various problems
- Ability to communicate at all the levels of the business
- Work well as part of a team, willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Ability to self-manage and manage small teams during planned work.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems.
- Ability to write technical reports and compile audits- Detailed and accurate.
- Have the ability to be an ambassador for your company and promote the company's products.
- The Ability to handle conflict in a professional way.
- Traveling regularly to our customers, nationally and Internationally (up to 75% travel), you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, installing, or upgrading all company products.
- You will help our customers optimize their operations with onsite training and follow-up visits
- You will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of your customer visits, creating detailed reports and offering advice to promote company products and services
- You should be a self-starter that understands the importance of customer satisfaction and can be an ambassador for our strong core values
- Qualified Mechanical Fitter, Qualified Electrician or Qualified Millwright
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be advantages
- 5 years' experience in blow moulding
- Relevant experience in the packaging industry
- Knowledge in PLC controls and in industrial automated systems
