Junior Quantity Surveyor

- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Conduct accurate cost analysis, estimation, and forecasting for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review and negotiate project proposals
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with contractual specifications
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports, change orders, and payment certificates
- Maintain accurate project records, including measurement records and cost documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and valuation techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with construction contracts and relevant legal regulations
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of quantity surveying
