Description:1. Effectively Co-ordinating customer deliveries2. Effectively maintain administrative functions3. Inspire, motivate, guide, develop and manage, and lead employees in order to meet the store's objectives. Apply all company policies and procedures and best practice principles in order to maintain a harmonious labour environment4. Checking forklifts are ready to operate by checking oil, water and mechanical ports5. Monitor and manage staff attendance6. Ensuring customer driving into yard are attended to7. Ensure legal compliance with all legislation relating to the operation of the business and that appropriate action is taken in respect of all legal matters8. Reporting any discrepancies to management immediately9. Maintaining staff roster for weekends and public holidays10. Maintain and manage Stock effectively and accurately11. Physically checking stock and delivery vehicles leaving the yard12. To uphold and promote the company values and cultureRequirements:1. Grade 122. 2 years’ experience in a similar role3. Technical qualification or Diploma4. Basic computer skills5. Knowledge of relevant systems
