This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize the online ordering experience for our customers.Responsibilities

Oversee the online order management process, to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Monitor incoming orders through various online platforms and ensure that they are processed in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues or delays that may arise.
Analyse order data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to online orders, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online order management, incorporating new tools and technologies as appropriate.

Required skills and qualifications

Completed Matric
Completed degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
Proven experience in online order management or e-commerce operations, at least 5 years experience.
Strong understanding of online order processing system platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
