- Oversee the online order management process, to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor incoming orders through various online platforms and ensure that they are processed in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues or delays that may arise.
- Analyse order data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to online orders, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online order management, incorporating new tools and technologies as appropriate.
- Completed Matric
- Completed degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in online order management or e-commerce operations, at least 5 years experience.
- Strong understanding of online order processing system platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
