- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards
- Manage compliance documentation and records
- Provide training and education on compliance matters to employees
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues or breaches
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement compliance controls
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and proactively address potential compliance risks
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as required
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Administrator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards in construction
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and train employees on compliance matters
- Proficient in using relevant compliance software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
