With a strong commitment to hygiene and customer satisfaction, they deliver exceptional cleaning solutions tailored to the unique needs of their clients.We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the hospitality deep cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in hygiene, cleaning chemicals, cleaning services, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to managing operations.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or cleaning industryIn-depth knowledge of hygiene and cleaning practices, products, and equipmentProven track record in client acquisition and management, with strong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive work environmentStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications or qualifications in hygiene, cleaning, or hospitality management are advantageousResponsibilities:Manage Entire Operation: Lead and oversee all aspects of the deep cleaning operation, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients within the hospitality sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of cleaning professionals. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met or exceeded.Hygiene Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest hygiene products, equipment, and cleaning techniques. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.Operational Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, resource allocation, and scheduling.
