- 2 to 5 years recruitment experience
- Previous experience in blue collar and white recruitment
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good communications skills in English, Sesotho and Sepedi
- Ability to communicate and work closely with candidates.
- Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client's specification.
- Proactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas
- Build up a database to support clients' needs
- Compile adverts and effective screening of response
- Network to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
- Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by management.
