- Engage and manage the Smart Metering Project Administration team, with assistance from the Senior Projects Administration, to ensure that all Smart Metering Projects are completed on time and with-in budget.
- Ensure that the Project Administration team tracks the following reports daily and actions accordingly:
- Electrical Smart Metering Offline Reports
- Water Smart Metering Offline Reports
- BOO and Solar offline reports.
- Ensure that tracking reports by the Project Admin teams are completed and available for the HOD to compile in the monthly management report to Exco inclusive of the following:
- Solar Installation reports
- Non-Solar Installation Reports
- Maintenance Offline Report, both Solar and Non-Solar clients.
- Assist with any technical and client escalations
- Oversee SAP Processes:
- PO Process
- GRPO Process
- Stock Management and Inventory Control
- Manage Approvals for hardware stock items and consumables
- Oversee MTN and Onomondo and other transmission contract management and facilitate invoice payment.
- Manage the approvals for Accommodation and LOAs allocations.
- Manage the Smart Metering Copper Administration team, with assistance from the Project Administration Manager for the Copper team.
- Oversee Copper Loading of all Electrical and Water Smart meters for Solar, Utility and Non-Utility Clients
- Assist with any technical and client escalations
- Handle and manage escalations between various TFS divisions.
- Ensure that the Copper Projects Tracker is continuously updated by the team and have weekly check-in’s with the team to ensure team meets client expectations
- Approval all Smart Metering Quotations raised by the Copper Admin Team, that fit within approval parameters.
- Manage the Smart Metering Pricing Templates for both Electricity and Water, ensuring all pricing is accurate and up to date and schedule monthly updates with HOD for pricing review.
- Manage any queries related to the monthly Annuity report and send to HOD for approval, prior to invoicing.
- Ensure that the Smart Metering AC Teams Smart Metering Projects are completed on time and with-in budget.
- Ensure regular communication with AC Manager and handle any escalations from the team.
- Assist with any staff issues and Bargaining Council queries and escalate to HOD, as required.
- Ensure that Wage and Overtime policy is adhered to and sign-off all wage and LOA’s for payment. Send a consolidated report to HOD for review of all Overtimes and LOA’s submitted.
- Make sure that Health and Safety compliance is maintained with zero tolerance for transgressions.
- Approve Method Statements and send to HOD for signature.
- Handle all escalations from AC Manager
- Handle all client escalations pertaining to Smart Metering
- Attend Client Meetings
- Be accountable for ensuring contracted services (energy risk management & procurement, and energy management) are delivered to exceptional standards, exceeding client expectations wherever possible.
- Provide input to HOD on all SOP’s new and updated, if and when required.
- Progress and relevant status monthly reporting to HOD.
