- Relevant National Diploma or Degree

- Understand technical job requirements and apply sourcing plans
- Write compelling job adverts to attract top candidates
- Build a strong database of technical skills through networking
- Contact, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews with clients
- Conduct references and verification checks
- Provide sales sharing with the Sales Division
- Attend client meetings and plant walks when needed
- Research new technologies to enhance performance
- Review and shortlist applications within desired timeframes
