• Matric qualification
• Minimum 5 to 8 years Engineering, Construction, and Artisan Recruitment experience
• Semi-skilled recruitment and selection experience
• APSO registration advantageous
• Strong administrative skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

• Relevant National Diploma or Degree
• Second language proficiency
• Presentation skills
• Proven placement record in relevant positions

• Understand technical job requirements and apply sourcing plans
• Write compelling job adverts to attract top candidates
• Build a strong database of technical skills through networking
• Contact, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients
• Conduct references and verification checks
• Provide sales sharing with the Sales Division
• Attend client meetings and plant walks when needed
• Research new technologies to enhance performance
• Review and shortlist applications within desired timeframes
