Create promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract suited clientele. Research new markets and business opportunities to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Represent the company in various exhibition events, trade shows, and networking events. Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients. Prepare sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the company. Review the customer service quality of the company to ensure customers are tended to properly and resolve customer complaints.
