Must have a natural aptitude for management of a stable yard and initiating new exciting equestrian opportunities for creating revenue, ie self-starter Must be a good horse safari guide Exceptional sense of responsibility beyond the call of duty Must have own vehicle Qualifications required Good admin and marketing skills Minimum of 5 years of stable management experience. Knowledge of carriage driving Well spoken with fluent English communication skills with international guests (additional languages are beneficial) Initiative and attention to detail Positive attitude towards guests and the team Excellent communication and people handling skills Flexible and versatile Reliable & trustworthy Works well under pressure Professional and neat in personal appearance and image Must be able to multitask and not be overwhelmed when guests become demanding. Must be non-smoker.
