- A minimum of 5-8 years of practical experience in payroll administration, including the management of large employee counts.
- Previous exposure to handling end-to-end payroll functions for 300 – 400 salaried staff is essential.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Sage Premier for efficient data management.
- Familiarity with Mibco regulations and compliance standards in the automotive industry.
- A valid Code 08 driver's licence to facilitate occasional travel requirements.
