The Creditors Manager is responsible for the management and payment of inbound invoices (Trade & Sundry creditors). The Creditors Manager reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager. The Creditors Manager will manage a high performance team, providing strong leadership and customer focus (both internally and externally). The role will support the delivery of service improvements and cost reduction to increase efficiency, and will lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the service/optimize cost to increase value and is also accountable for the delivery of all Accounts Payable services. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of Creditors management/supervisory experience Finance/Accounting diploma or degree Proven collaborative skills within functions and across trading and service divisionsKnowledge and understanding of DAX financial system advantageous Responsibilities: Key responsibilities: Lead creditors teams (team size: 30) to deliver the required service, ensuring that all deadlines are met Accountability for the recording and processing of invoices, processing, reviewing and verifying of payments Reconciliation of Supplier statements and General Ledger Resolution of any issues Promote the culture of continuous improvement, lead initiatives associated with end-to-end accounts payable process Ensure compliance to all internal and external regulatory/legal requirements Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved Driving and maintaining the culture in their team and managing team development through Connect sessions with the support of your Supervisors.
