- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to promote to target audiences
- Collaborate with all areas within the company to align communication strategies with overall communications goals.
- Creation of compelling and engaging corporate content for various platforms, including press releases, and corporate social media.
- Manage and monitor the company's corporate social media accounts, ensuring plan execution
- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging digital platforms for communication purposes.
- Plan and execute communication strategies for events and promotional activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of messaging during events.
- Foster effective communication within the organisation, ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned with key messaging.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international media
- Coordinate media interviews and media events
- Manage the day-to-day support of the appointed PR agency.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of communications strategies
- Provide quarterly reports and insights to evaluate the impact of communication and media efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
- Minimum of 7+ years in Communications
- Previous corporate experience, which includes strategy, campaign ideation and roll out, communication to various stakeholders including members, internal staff (ideally from an employee branding point of view ), government, and media - this is non-negotiable
- Proven experience in media relations, content creation and social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
