Job Summary Afrikaans speaking N.D./B.Tech./BSc Food Sc/Food & Nutrition; HACCP;FSSC 22 000; Comp Lit; 5 years of experience in QC/QA & FSMS of mass production/ RTE/RTH/OOH/HMR/airline foods/ sauces/condiments/marinades/high risk/low risk processing and bulk packing into bottles/buckets/bags of which 2-3 years in QC/QA/FS mngt. To do implementation/ training/ maintenance/ documentation control/auditing/continuous improvement of QMS/SQA/sensory evaluation/ HACCP/FSSC 22 000/ GHP/ GMP/SHERQ/pest control/deep cleaning, liaise suppliers/ customers/contract laboratories/set specs/ensure compliance of raw materials/packaging materials/cleaning chemicals/PPE/final packed products, handle complaints/NCR /RCA/CAR/PAR/CI, liaise Production/Factory/R & D /General Managers re. budgets/ strategies/policies/SOP/BOP/reports/ trends, recruit/train/ delegate/ discipline/evaluate performance of 5 staff directly/50 indirectly. a.s.a.p.
