- The Planning Assistant supports the needs of the Planning and Allocating functions, being proficient across all tasks relating to these roles. Reports on key areas relating to business performance and produces material that aids decision making.\
- Reporting Structure: HOD of Planning Department
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Minimum 2years' experience in a similar role / in a retail environment
- Driver's License (advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Data exporting, collating and updating
- Data analysis
- Reporting on key areas
- Assist with planning processes
- Assist with allocating stock to stores
- Monitor workflow and assist where necessary
- Manage Time Efficiently
- Strong Numeracy and Literacy Skills
- Excellent communication Skills
- Highly flexible and adaptable to suit departmental needs
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
